The views of Lake Geneva from our spacious family room were fine, and the kids had a blast at the kids club. The staff was warm and cute.
In my wife's opinion, the shuttle service needs more availability for families.

A standard king room with park view has basic facilities you need. The property has a marvellous and exceptional location, just next door to a more casual restaurant overlooking the gardens providing an excellent start of the day and the beautiful grounds.

Fantastic hotel! Great spa experience with a fine lake view from my lovely room. The atmosphere was just fabulous!
The service had its moments, but I reminded me of I could've won a medal for patience! Beds for the little ones? Let's just say 'fashionably late' had a whole new meaning.

Views, facilities, comfort. Check-in and baggage/valet parking staff were very helpful.
Toilet exhaust fan not strong enough. Strange attitude (bordering on rudeness) from wairess when we ordered tea at breakfast.

Excellent Location as expected for a 5 star hotel, impressive building and setting with views north over Lake Geneva
With such a location and building it is a shame it is totally let down by poor management or lack of visible management and therefore poor inaffective staff, we will not be returning and warn others expecting a special hotel, whilst the hotel building/location give it 5 stars we would give the staff less than 2!

Family with kids will love it!
Had an amazing breakfast with fresh fruits, I mean it was like a fruit explosion! And the view from my balcony? Unbelievable, you could stare all day.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, nothing beats that experience.

This is a very beautiful hotel with a great view on the lake.
There was too much noise around the hotel during the day, from lawn mowers, etc., This is not what you like and expect from a hotel in the hills. Children can stay free in this hotel, and there are many families with many children. Therefore the hotel is hardly suitable for adult couples who wish to spend a romantic weekend. In fact, adult couples pay relatively much to compensate for the free stay of all these children. I would recommend this hotel only for families with children.

Staff is excellent. They really try their best to ensure perfect service which we have been very happy with. The kids club is wonderful. We were able to enjoy some relaxed time with my spouse while our kids enjoyed the kids club - the whole day.
Obviously everything is quite expensive so you must be in a splurging mood. But you get your money's worth in quality and service. Also while we were able to book a standard room on Booked.net for 2 adults and 2 kids, the hotel called us the next day to tell us that we have to either pay to upgrade to a Junior Suite or book two rooms. We did the upgrade and it costs us more than planned. To be fair we could have cancelled as well, but we did not want to change our plans. The junior suite was excellent.

The hotel offers a fine atmosphere with its blend of historic elegance and modern facilities. The staff was accommodating, ensuring all requests were promptly met. The conference facilities were well-equipped, which greatly aided my business needs. My room provided a amazing view of Lake Geneva, and the bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep.
Price may be high for some guests.
